The Mercuria Hackathon will take place over the weekend of 16th – 18th December, 2022 at the Villars Alpine Resort in the village of Villars-sur-Ollon in Switzerland.

The nearest mainline train station to Villars Alpine Resort is Aigle.
Trains run to Aigle from both Geneva and Lausanne. |
If arriving from the West, North West, or South West, eg UK, Benelux, France, Spain, Portugal, etc., we recommend travelling to Geneva and from there to Aigle.
If arriving from the East, North East or South East, eg Germany, Scandinavia, Poland, Balkans, Italy, etc., we recommend travelling to Lausanne and from there to Aigle.
The Villars Lodge is part of the Villars Alpine Resort which is in Villars-sur-Ollon, located 14km up the mountain from Aigle. There is a train and bus service that runs from the Aigle train station to Villars-sur-Ollon.
The Victoria Hotel is located a few metres from the bus stop and 600m from the Villars train station.
